The 5th SC meeting was organized under the auspices of Coodognotto Holding in Salgareda. after welcoming word from the host and introduction about the company Steering Committe was ready to begin the work.
Management, financial status and general project overview was a starting point. State oft he art, work done and remaining tasks were presented and appointed. It is also officially announced that the project will be prolonged for 6 months and therefore the consortium decided to have an additional meeting in Ploče in February before the final one in Venice.
Partnership was reminded of Programme communication requirements and rules as part of the communication work package. General achievements via social media and project’s web page were presented and partnership was encouraged to participate an to collaborate more actively with communication tools and outlets in order to present MultiAPPRO’s activities to the wider audience.
Technical packages were also presented with deeper analysis of the work done and remaining tasks. Web interface is still in the process of collecting data and feeding database on regional bottlenecks and their possible solutions. The deliverables from Promotional plan and the activities taken in previous period in promoting intermodality, SSS and MoS concepts via indirect and direct measures by partners. According to the Methodology for Transport performance all partners delivered KPI’s. Model for Transport performance will soon be tested. All responsible partners of WP’s prepared the set of tasks remaining and the dates for their competition.
Steering Committee meeting was conclude with the joint discussion, Q&A sessions and general conclusions.
