Organized by Ministry of infrastructure of Slovenia on 15th October 2019, the meeting took place in Izola, Slovenia. In the first part of the event the project MultiAPPRO was introduced to participants and the second part was an official meeting of main participants in intermodal transport in Slovenia.
The main goal of this meeting was to define bottlenecks in intermodal transport in Slovenia and suggest possible solutions. Ministry informed the participants that one of the main project goals is to continuously collect bottlenecks in common base where they will be analysed and filtrated. The discussion was about bottlenecks in intermodal transport in Slovenia, at the same time collection of questionnaire for bottlenecks which was developed within the MultiAPPRO project were made.
The Ministry introduced to stakeholders next steps after the identification of bottlenecks in intermodal transport. They will be systematically processes in a couple of levels (those which must be solved at a national level, in comparison to those who are of regional character), divided into categories (infrastructural, regulatory, supply chain disruptions) and according to their urgency to response. For each bottleneck a solution will be defined.

- Faculties: The Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport,Portorož and University of Maribor, Faculty of logistic

- Shipping agencies: Intereuropa, Global Logistics Service, Ltd. Co., DHL (Slovenija), d.o.o., MSC Koper špedicija in pomorska agencija d.o.o.
