The meeting was the opportunity for partners to organize and coordinate activities under changed circumstances and since MultiAPPRO is project mostly consists of “soft” measures, it was possible for partnership to coordinate and agree upon some of the further actions to be taken.

Partners have discussed general management of the project and Lead Partner – KIP has presented current state of the art as well as remaining activities. Work package leaders also presented current situation regarding concerning activities and reported delays in some of the activities considering the circumstances, and also made a list of requirements for the actions that are possible to perform during this time. In line with  that, partners reached consensus that they will deliver following inputs: necessary reports regarding NWG meetings, updates on direct and indirect promotion measures, communication activities and filling out the pilot testing questionnaire which should be ready by May 15th.

The meeting was concluded by KIP, giving a short summary of the meeting with a suggestion that partnership should  again assemble next month for a virtual meeting  to check in on the progress made.
